- CENTERVILLE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION BOARD MEETING AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION BOARD WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING AT 6:00 P.M. ON TUESDAY, MAY 1, 2018 IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT CENTERVILLE CITY HALL, 250 NORTH MAIN, CENTERVILLE, UTAH. 1. Welcome and Roll Call 2. Police Recognition Week Assignment Review - Dave-Flags at City Hall - John (Bud) - Youth group to mount banners on bracket frames & distribute/install yard signs - Steve-Public Works employees mount banner brackets on poles - Gary-Solicit cash donations to pay for lunch for employees putting up banners - Jack-Blue ribbons on poles; service group leader-Jame Ormsby - ??? - Movie tickets for police officers/staff 2. Viewmont High School yard signs (Jack) 3. Hogan sign at 1250 West/Parrish Lane-request of RDA Board (Jack) 4. By-laws Amendment re number of Board members (Steve) 5. Potential names for expanding Board 6. Other Business 7. Adjourn Mackenzie Wood Centerville City Recorder
