CITY OF HOLLADAY PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING AGENDA May 1st 2018 City Hall Council Chambers - 4580 S 2300 E PRE-MEETING ITEMS 6:30 PM WORK SESSION - All agenda items may be discussed during a light dinner. No decisions will be made during this portion of the meeting. 7:00 PM CONVENE REGULAR MEETING - Public Welcome & Chair Opening Statement DICSUSSION ITEMS 1. Ordinance Updates and/or Amendments - General presentation by staff General presentation of upcoming Holladay land use code amendments. Discussion will include minimum off-street parking requirements, grading of residential lots, mobile food cart standards, codification of public works standards and Non-Conforming land use regulations ACTION ITEMS 2. Approval of Minutes - Feb 20 and March 6, 2018 ADJOURN On Friday, April 27, 2018 at 1:30 pm a copy of the foregoing notice was posted in conspicuous view in the front foyer of the City of Holladay Offices, Holladay, Utah. A copy of this notice was emailed to the Salt Lake Tribune and Deseret News, newspapers of general circulation in the City by the Office of the City Recorder. The agenda was also posted at the Holladay Library, City internet website at www.cityofholladay.com and state noticing website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
