- The agenda is as follows: 1. Welcome 2. Roll call 3. Opening ceremony 4. Approval of the agenda 5. Approval of the minutes of the previous meetings 6. Approval of accounts payable disbursements 7. Citizen input 8. Beginning at 6:10 p.m. conduct the following public hearing: a. The City Council will receive public input, then consider for possible approval the concept plan for the Diane Stuart Subdivision consisting of 2 lots (1 additional building lot) at approximately 446 North 200 West 9. Discuss options for future of a camping facility at the North East corner of the Wellsville Dam 10. Discuss conditional use and business license for South Valley RV Repair located at 252 East 760 South in Wellsville 11. Discuss for no more than (1) hour the Wellsville City Lan Use Regulations, Article VI entitled 'Administration' beginning at Chapter 10.59 (Legally Existing Nonconformities) 12. Wells Thompson-Discuss Eagle project of putting a roof over the dugout at the Wellsville Dam 13. Department reports 14. City Manager/Recorders report
