- Public notice is hereby given that on Wednesday May 16th, 2018 at approx. 5:00 p.m., in the Council Chambers, 3330 S. 1300 E., Millcreek, Utah, the following public hearings will be held before the Millcreek Planning Commission during a regular meeting: 1) CU-18-002, Gary Hassenflu is requesting Conditional Use Permit for a 403 unit Mixed Use Multifamily Development- 4186 S Main Street 2) ZM-18-007, Greg Sneyd requests rezone from R-2-10 to RM & recommendation to approve a development agreement for a 6 unit townhome development - 1158 E 4500 S 3) CU-18-007, Robert Renza, requests conditional use permit for a 10 unit townhome development 1612 E 3300 S 4) CU-18-006, Steven Robertson, Conditional Use Permit for hair salon -1005 E 3900 S 5) CU-18-008, Chad Crusan, Conditional Use Permit request Conditional Use Permit for 900 sq. ft. accessory structure serving a single family residence- 2833 S 2750 E 6) ZM-18-006, Robert Dieringer, Rezone from R-1-10 to R-1-8 - 2217 E Evergreen Ave 7)SD-18-002 Aaron Ravonsheed, requests preliminary approval for flag lot subdivision - 825 E Spring View Dr 7) ZT-18-004, Amendment to Title 19 updating standards for accessory structures in the R-1, R-2 and R-4 Zones - Citywide
