- REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY MEETING - AFTER CITY COUNCIL MEETING 1. CALL TO ORDER - The City Council will convene as the Board of Directors of the Eagle Mountain City Redevelopment Agency. 2. MINUTES A. April 3, 2017 - Special Meeting 3. RESOLUTION - Consideration of a Resolution of the Redevelopment Agency of Eagle Mountain City, Utah, Adopting the Tentative Budget for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 and Setting a Public Hearing for Adoption of the Final Budget. BACKGROUND: (Presented by City Treasurer David Mortensen) The Redevelopment Agency will review and tentatively adopt a budget for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 and will establish the time and place for public hearing before the final budget is adopted as required by Section 17C-1-601, Utah Code Annotated, 1953. 4. ADJOURNMENT CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above agenda notice was posted on this 26th day of April, 2018, on the Eagle Mountain City bulletin boards, the Eagle Mountain City website www.emcity.org, posted to the Utah State public notice website http://www.utah.gov/pmn/index.html, and was emailed to at least one newspaper of general circulation within the jurisdiction of the public body.
