PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, May 08, 2018 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: A. Zone Change Amendment to the Rim Rock Commercial Center Planned Development zone to develop lot 13 located directly east of 292 S 1470 East. B. Zone Change Amendment to the Atkinville Area Master Plan to expand area 4.5 (Employment Type I) east along Southern Parkway approximately 25 acres. Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting. Reasonable Accommodation: The City of St George will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs.
