Description/Agenda: The Town of Hideout hereby gives notice pursuant to Utah Code 11-36a-502(1)(a) that the Town has received an Impact Fee Facilities Plan prepared for the Town under Utah Code 11-36a-302. The Town further gives notice that it will hold a public hearing on May 10, 2018, at 6:00 PM in Hideout Town Offices, 10860 Hideout Trail, Hideout, to discuss the Impact Fee Facilities Plan. The public is invited to attend and provide comment. The City Council may hold a vote to adopt the Impact Fees Facilities Plan at the meeting. A copy of the Impact Fees Facilities Plan is available from the Town Offices (435-659-4739) or on the Town's website (www.hideoututah.gov). Published in the Park Record 4/28/18.
