Description/Agenda: WEST VALLEY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MEETING WEST VALLEY CITY HALL 3600 SOUTH CONSTITUTION BOULEVARD CED CONFERENCE ROOM 5/2/2018 Board of Adjustment Meeting 5/2/2018 @ 6:00 p.m. VARIANCE B-2-2018 TIFFANY ARCHIBEQUE and DAVID MOWER are requesting a variance from Section 7-6-202 of the West Valley City Code. This section requires that the frontage in an A zone be 100 feet and that the area of the lot be 21,780 square feet. The applicants are seeking variances of 46.5 and 1.5 feet regarding frontage, and 2,430 and 8,975 square feet regarding lot size. Tiffany Archibeque is also requesting a variance from Section 7-11-214(2) which requires the minimum square footage of a home without a basement to be 1900 square feet. The applicant is seeking a 500-foot variance for a new home at 6121 West 3500 South. The properties are located at 6111 and 6121 West 3500 South and are zoned Agriculture. The applicants are making a joint application in order to adjust mutual property lines.
