3.2. Public hearing and recommendation of Darrell Jakin's request for the Moji Life General Plan amendment on 2.67-acres of property located at 333 Mill Pond Drive, changing the land use designation from Commercial to Heavy Commercial.
3.3. Public hearing and recommendation of Shane Williams' request for the Moji Life preliminary subdivision, a 2-lot subdivision located at 333 Mill Pond Drive in a Commercial zone.
3.4. Public hearing and recommendation of Paul Washburn's request for TOD zoning on the Golding Annexation, approximately 48.78-acres of property located at approximately 5200 North 3000 West.
3.5. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for updates to the standard Lehi City details in the Design Standards and Public Improvement Specifications manual.

3.7. Recommendation of Lehi City's request for amendments to Chapter 26 and Chapter 39, Accessory Uses, adding provisions for Accessory Dwelling Units.
3.8. Public hearing and recommendation of Lehi City's request for a Development Code Amendment to Chapter 39, Definitions, amending the definition for Bed and Breakfast. (Continued from the April 12, 2018 meeting)
