- Notice of Clearfield City Ordinance Adoptions The following ordinances have been passed by the Clearfield City Council: March 27, 2018 Ordinance 2018-01 - amending the City's General Plan Future Land Use Map by designating the property located at 1215 South 1000 East as residential use. Ordinance 2018-02 - rezoning the property located at 1215 South 1000 East from C-2 (Commercial) to R-3 (multi-family Residential). Ordinance 2018-03 - amending Title 1 of the Clearfield City Code by enacting Chapter 16 - Code Enforcement Ordinance 2018-04 - amending the City's Consolidated Fee Schedule pertaining to penalties, costs and filing fees of Code Enforcement April 10, 2018 Ordinance 2018-05 - rezoning certain properties located at approximately 1000 West and Highway 193, more particularly TINs 12-021-0033, 12-021-0005, 12-021-0006, 12-021-0007, 12-021-0008, and a portion of 12-21-0034 from A-1 (Agricultural) to M-1 (Manufacturing) and amends the City's Zoning Map accordingly Copies of the ordinances may be obtained from the Clearfield City Recorder's office, 55 South State Street, Clearfield, Utah or by email at nancy.dean@clearfieldcity.org.
