AGENDA Highland Youth City Council Meeting April 26, 2018; 6:15 pm Highland City Hall, Council Chambers 5400 West Civic Center Drive, Highland Utah 84003, (801) 772-4507 Call to Order: Miranda Mugleston, Youth Mayor Pledge of Allegiance: Jessalyn Killpack Approval of Minutes: Attendance: Kennedi Jensen Discussion Items: 1. Review Easter Egg Hunt -What worked? -What didn't? -Who took pictures? All pictures need to be put on the drive. 2. Review Community Cleanup -Do we want to help out again next year? -Was it busy? -How many people did we have? 3. April/May Service Project: Brooke and Mina -Dressing pig - outfit ideas -What supplies do we need? 4. Highland City Open House -May 3rd -HYCC table - Miranda and Belle 5. Attendance -80% attendance is mandatory -Those who are falling low should have been contacted by now -Be sure to keep up on this -We need people at the 1st and 3rd city meeting on Tuesday every month -The sign-up sheet is on the drive 6. Committee Reports -Brennon and Lizzie - December Service Project -Youth Service Committee - Lizzie -Publicity - Brooklyn and Brianna -Historian - Daniel -Government - Laura and Jakob -Fling - Brenna, Landon, and Paul (It will be here before we know it!!) -Senior Dinner - Jessalyn and Anna 7.
