- NORTH SALT LAKE PLANNING COMMISSION MAY 8, 2018 6:30 p.m. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Please be advised that the North Salt Lake City Planning Commission will hold Public Hearings on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers, North Salt Lake City Hall, 10 E. Center Street. The purpose of the hearings is to receive public comment on the following items: 1. Proposed re-zoning of property located at approximately 200 South Highway 89 requested by Knowlton General. The proposal is to re-zone the property from Highway Commercial (CH) to Planned District (P) to develop the property as a Planned District (P) development called City's Edge Apartments (formerly Bountiful Point Apartments). 2. Proposed re-zoning of property located at approximately 180 South Highway 89 requested by Knowlton General. The proposal is to re-zone the property from Highway Commercial (CH) to Planned District (P) to develop the property as a Planned District (P) development called City's Edge Central a rental townhome project (formerly vacant). All interested people are invited to attend and make comment. For further information regarding this proposal, please contact the North Salt Lake Community Development Department at (801) 335-8705.
