- Notice is hereby given that the Development Review Committee (DRC) of Springville will consider the following items on THURSDAY, APRIL 26, 2018 in Conference Room #217 of the Springville City Civic Center, 110 South Main. The meeting will commence at 9:00 A.M. Members of the Springville City Development Review Committee will meet for a closed briefing of the agenda items at 8:30 A.M. in the Springville City Civic Center. The agenda for the Open Session meeting will be as follows: 1. 9:00 A.M. - Chad Blackburn seeking site plan approval for the Professional Plumbing Systems office/warehouse building located at 1742 West 500 North in the L-IM Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone. SPECIFIC TIMES LISTED FOR EACH AGENDA ITEM ARE APPROXIMATE The City will provide reasonable accommodations for anyone attending this meeting.
