PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is given that the Scipio Town Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, 2018, in the Scipio Community Center (5 N State).
The hearing is to receive public input on the 2018 revision of the 2013 Scipio Town Zoning Ordinance. Attendees may ask questions and/or make comments within a 3-minute period. After all attendees have had an opportunity to speak, an attendee may ask a question and/or make a comment within an additional 3-minute period. No voting will occur but input will be considered before the final draft Zoning Ordinance is submitted to the Scipio Town Council.
Printed copies of the DRAFT Zoning Ordinance can be examined in the Scipio Community Center. The complete DRAFT Zoning Ordinance with a Zoning Map and Map Notes are posted on the Utah State Public Notice website, and a pdf copy can be obtained by email request from morrisrobins@gmail.com.
