- Helper City will hold a public hearing to receive public comments on the proposed grant application to the Community Impact Board. The grant/loan will in the amount of $445,000 for replacing a fire rescue truck. The hearing will be held at 19 South Main Street in the Council Chambers on May 3, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. -s-Jona M. Skerl Helper City Recorder
