- PROVO CITY CORPORATION DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Design Review Committee Agenda April 26, 2018 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 26, 2018, at 12:30 p.m., in the Community Development Conference Room at the Provo City Center, located at 330 West 100 South. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Preceding the public hearing, lunch will be provided to the Design Review Committee members at 12:00 p.m. The lunch is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment, and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 12:30 p.m. ITEM 1 Utah Community Credit Union requests design approval for a three-story office building and a one-story storage building located at 1531 N. Freedom Blvd. in the General Commercial (CG) Zone. Caterville Neighborhood. Aaron Ardmore (801) 852-6404 PLPPA20180051 Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting. If assistance is needed to allow participation at this meeting, please call Alyssa Roth at (801) 852-6424 at least 3 days before the meeting to make arrangements.
