AMERICAN FORK CITY PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR SESSION MAY 2, 2018 Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Planning Commission will meet in regular session on May 2, 2018 at the American Fork City Hall, 31 North Church Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Pledge of Allegiance. 2. Hearing, review and action on a zone map amendment from the RA-5 Residential Agricultural zone to the R-1-9.000 Residential zone located at 640 South Storrs Ave (240 West). 3. Review and action on the final plat for Williamson Ranch Plat A, consisting of one lot and located at 640 South Storrs Ave (240 West) in the RA-5 Residential Agricultural zone. 4. Hearing, review and action on an amended commercial site plan for Highland Gardens, located in the area of 1700 North 900 East in the GC-2 Planned Commercial zone. 5. Hearing, review and action on a preliminary plan for Dixie Farms Flexible Lot PUD, consisting of 320 lots, located in the area of 1000 West 1100 South in the PR-3.0 Planned Residential zone. 6. Hearing, review and action on amendments proposed to section 17.1.400 of the American Fork City Development Code regarding conveyance of water rights. 7. Hearing, review and action on amendments to section 17.4.608 of the American Fork City Development Code regarding 'Row' and 'Yard' buildings. 8. Other Business 9. Site Plan 10.
