- NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING On Wednesday, May 2, at approximately 6:00 p.m., the Spanish Fork Planning Commission will review a proposed Conditional Use Permit located at 517 South 1150 East. The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 40 South Main Street in Spanish Fork. If you have any questions or comments concerning the Conditional Use Permit, or if you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the Community Development Department, at 801.804.4580 and your written comments will be forwarded to the Planning Commission.
