Description/Agenda: RIVERTON CITY PUBLIC NOTICE The Riverton City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 beginning at 6:30 p.m. in the Riverton City Municipal Building located at 12830 South Redwood Road to hear following item(s): - Blaine Page is requesting that property located at 12145 South 2200 West be rezoned from RR-22 (Rural Residential 1/2 Acre Lots) to R-3 (Residential 14,000 Square Foot Lots). Further information may be obtained from the Riverton City Planning Department by calling 801-208-3138.
Notice of Special Accommodations (ADA): Riverton City Hall is an accessible facility. Individuals needing special accommodations or assistance during this meeting shall notify the City Recorders Office at 801-208-3126, at least two business days in advance of the meeting. Accessible parking and entrance are located on the south end of the building with elevator access to the City Council Chambers located on the second floor.
