NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE EPHRAIM CITY UTILITIES BOARD EPHRAIM CITY BLDG, 5 SOUTH MAIN, EPHRAIM UTAH April 18, 2018; 5:15 PM Notice is hereby given that the Ephraim City Utilities Board will hold a meeting on the 18th day of April, 2018, which meeting shall begin promptly at 5:15 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: UTILITIES BOARD AGENDA 1. CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL 2. RESOLUTION AGENDA A. ECR 18-06: Approval of Alternative Repowering Consideration for and adoption of Resolution ECR 18-06 and the accompanying certificate, approving the alternative repowering, the original power sales contract revisions and the PSC appendix C revisions, and authorizing a representative, as a member of the Coordinating Committee and the Renewal Contract Coordinating Committee, to vote and to take actions necessary to approve. (Brant Hanson) B. ECR 18-07: Approval of the Fifth Amendment to Intermountain Power Agency Organization Agreement Consideration for and adoption of ECR 18-07, a resolution approving the Fifth Amendment to Intermountain Power Agency Organization Agreement, and authorization of the Mayor and City Recorder to execute and deliver the Fifth Amendment on behalf of the municipality. ECR 18-08: Carbon Free Power Project Power Sales Contract Adoption of ECR 18-08 and the accompanying certificate, a resolution approving the Power Sales Contract and Budget and Plan of finance, appointment of Ted Olson as Participant's Representative to UAMPS and Brant Hanson and Cory Daniels as alternate Representatives, and authorization of the Mayor and City Recorder to execute and deliver the Certificate of the Participant to UAMPS.
