Description/Agenda: Notice of Public Hearing In accordance with Utah Code Section 10-9a-201 the Washington Terrace Planning Commission will hold public hearings on April 26, 2018, at 6:00 p.m., in the Washington Terrace City Hall located at 5249 South 400 East, Washington Terrace, Utah. The Planning Commission will take public comment in support and opposition to amending Chapter 17.10 for in-fill development standards. The Planning Commission will take public comment on amending Chapter 17.44 'Fence, Walls, & Hedges', and adopting section 17.56.175 regarding Temporary Signs. The Planning Commission will also hear comment on amending section 8.16.04 regarding unwanted nuisance trees.
