Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of Millville City will hold a meeting on Thursday, April 19, 2018 in the Millville City Office, at 510 East 300 South, Millville, Utah, which meeting shall begin promptly at 8:00 p.m.
1. Roll call
2. Opening remarks/Pledge of Allegiance.
3. Review and approval of agenda
4. Review and approval of minutes from Apr 5, 2018.
5. Action Items:
A. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Ozzie & Kristen Gonzalez for a residence to be located at 22 East 400 North, Park Meadows, Lot 3, in Millville, UT.
B. Consideration of zoning clearance for a building permit by Visionary Homes for a residence to be located at 71 North 470 East, Mond Aire Heights, Lot 55, in Millville, UT.
C. Consideration for recommendation to the City Council of the Penny Jensen minor Subdivision and infrastructure.
D. Review changes to Ordinance 17.20, and set a public hearing.
6. Discussion Items:
A. City Council Report - review minutes from the Apr 12, 2018 meeting.
B. Agenda items for next meeting.
C. Other.
7. Calendaring of future Planning Commission Meeting.
