PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 7:00 p.m., at the Pleasant Grove Recreation Center, 547 S Locust Ave, Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Hearing: Rezone - Located at 1473 W State St (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Larry Myler to rezone 21.67 acres in order to apply the Grove Mixed Use Overlay (GMU) to property located at approximately 1473 W State Street in the Commercial and Mixed Housing Subdistricts of The Grove Zone. Public Hearing: Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Located at 728 W 4000 N (Manila Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Dennis Thayne for a two-lot preliminary subdivision plat called Nick's Place Plat 'B' on property located at 728 West 4000 North in the R-R (Rural Residential) Zone. Public Hearing: Conditional Use Permit - Located at 310 W 700 S (North Field Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Bridget Taylor for a conditional use permit to allow agricultural related activities/animal husbandry services on property located at 310 West 700 South in the MD (Manufacturing Distribution) Zone.
