- TREMONTON CITY LIBRARY BOARD MEETING April 18, 2018 Meeting to be held at the Tremonton City Library 210 N. Tremont Street Tremonton, Utah 7:00 P.M AGENDA 1. Welcome 2. Approval of Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes from January 9, 2018 4. Public comments: This is an opportunity to address the Library Board regarding your concerns or ideas. Please limit your comments to three minutes. 5. New Business a. Introduce and Approve Possible New Board Members b. Board Position Nominations 6. Unfinished Business a. Discuss Summer Reading Kickoff Party 7. Board Reports a. Library Director's Report b. Business Topics for the Next Board Meeting 8. Calendar Items a. Next Library Board Meeting will be held on July 18, 2018. b. Computer Classes on Tuesdays from 9-11 a.m. & 6-8 p.m. (Senior Center) c. Computer Help Class on Wednesdays from 9-11 a.m. (Senior Center) d. Computer Class on Thursdays from 9-11 a.m. (Senior Center) e. Children's Story Hour on Fridays at 10 a.m. (Tremonton Library) f. Children's Book Week: Take & Make Crafts from April 30-May 5 (Tremonton Library) g. 'May the 4th Be With You!' Crafts & Activities on May 4th - all day (Tremonton Library) h. Teen 'After Hours' May the Fourth Be With You! Games & Refreshments on May 4 @ 6:30 p.m. i. Summer Reading Kickoff Party on June 4th from 5-7 p.m. (Tremonton Library Park) j. Summer Reading Program from June 4 - July 28 k. Willow Park Zoo Story Time on June 15 @ 10 a.m. (Tremonton Library Park) l. Summer Book Club for Families from July 9 - July 20 m. Teen 'After Hours' Water Fun Games & Refreshments on July 13 @ 6:30 p.m. 9. Adjournment Anchor location for Electronic Meeting by Telephone Device. With the adoption of Ordinance No. 13-04, the Board may participate per Electronic Meeting Rules. Please make arrangements in advance.
