NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING OF THE PLEASANT GROVE CITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY Notice is hereby given that the Pleasant Grove City Redevelopment Agency (RDA) will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 following the City Council meeting, in the Recreation Center 547 S Locust Ave (multi-purpose room). This is a public meeting and anyone interested is invited to attend. AGENDA 1. Convene as the Pleasant Grove City Redevelopment Agency. 2. To consider for adoption a Resolution (2018-04RDA) authorizing the Chair of the RDA to sign a Claim Allowance and Settlement Agreement with JD Holdings, LLC, regarding the Real Estate Purchase and Development Agreement entered into with the Revocable Trust of John Q. Hammons for Development of a full service hotel and other related development in the Grove Zone; and providing for an effective date. 3. Review and approve the October 10, 2017 RDA meeting minutes. 4. Review and approve the February 6, 2018 RDA meeting minutes. 5. Adjourn. 6. Reconvene as the Pleasant Grove City Council.
