- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 17th day of April 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember L. Bytheway - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held April 3, 2018 2. New Business - 1/4 Cent Sales Tax For Transportation 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - New Parks Director - Grant Policy Discussion - Fire Department Councilmember R. Thompson - Roads Department - Snow Plow Update - Youth Council - Sports - Neighborhood Watch Councilmember E. Goodey - Animal Control - Emergency Preparedness - Pony Express Days Councilmember L. Bytheway - Water Department - Generator Purchase - Parks Department - Ball Diamond - Town Clean-Up Day Councilmember N. Sparks - Cemetery Department - LUDMA - Agricultural Building Ordinance Update 4. Other Business - Next Meeting - May 1, 2018 - Public Comment 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session.
