Description/Agenda

1. Call To Order. 2. Roll Call: and acknowledgment that Commission members have been seated. 3. Presentations: None. 4. Consent Agenda: None. 5. Approval of Agenda or Changes. 6. Approval of 3/28/18 Planning Commission Meeting Minutes. 7. Public Comment: Comments taken on land use topics not scheduled for a Public Hearing. Speakers please limit your comments to a few minutes. The Commission cannot act on items not listed on the agenda, so it may not be able to respond. Total time for public comments will be 10 minutes unless Commission agrees to extend. 8. Town Engineer - Epic Project Status Update. - Open/New Building Permit Status. - Lot# 112 (Daines Property) Building Permit Drawing Submission Review and Comments/Recommendation by the Planning Commission. 9. Maximum Building Height. Based on input from 12/11/17 public hearing, the Planning Commission will discuss proposal to maintain two (2) rules regarding maximum building height (one for sensitive lands with an average slope greater than 25% and one for land with an average slope less than 25%), but propose simplifying the sensitive land language in the Town Ordinance to eliminate confusion. The proposed Building Height Ordinance language change will then be posted for 30-day public comment. Public comments will be taken into consideration in the next Planning Commission meeting and a final recommendation made for Town Council consideration. 10. General Plan Update. 11. Other Business. 12. Action Item Update from Previous Meeting (see 3/28/18 minutes). 13. Adjournment.
