Intermountain Foundation-Ben Swank C. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Minutes: April 4, 2018 regular meeting 3. Review Invoices and Checks: $295,995.79 D. Committee Reports: Planning Commission, Water Board, Sewer Board, Fire District E. Citizen Comment & Request for Future Agenda Items: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for the citizens of La Verkin who have items not listed on this agenda. There is a time limit of 20 minutes with each individual taking no more than three minutes. F. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution R-2018-09; A resolution supporting the Washington County Desert Tortoise Habitat Conservation Plan Expansion Bill. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution R-2018-10; A resolution adopting and authorizing a master lease agreement with Horsepower Fleet Leasing and accompanying pricing schedule (2018) for leased vehicles therefrom and affidavit of authority. 3. Discussion and possible action to draft a contract for animal control services with Washington County. 4. Discussion on the COPS grant. 5. Discussion and possible action on possible purchase of Ash Creek Special Service District property located west of 210 South 375 West. 6. Presentation and discussion of the 2018-2019 Tentative Budget. G.
