Notice is hereby given that the Willard City Planning Commission of the Willard City Corporation will hold a Public Hearing at the Willard City Hall, 80 West 50 South, on May 3, 2018 at 6:30 p.m.
The public hearing will be held to take public comment on:
A. Re-Zone Request for Damon and Morgan Palmer to change the zone from A-5 to R 1/2 on Parcel #02-046-0102 located at 698 North Main
B. Proposed Old Town Willard Township Ordinance located between 200 North and 200 South and 200 West and 200 East and amending Sections 12-110 and Section 12-111 of the Willard City Zoning Ordinance to incorporate the Old Town Willard Township Ordinance into those ordinances.
