- Public Notice is given that the Richmond City Council will meet in a regularly scheduled meeting at 6 West Main, Richmond, Utah, on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. The meeting will begin at 7:00 P.M. Welcome and Opening Ceremonies by Kelly Crafts 1. Approval of the city council meeting minutes from March 21, 2018 2. Deputy's Report 3. Business License Request (Travis Stevens Drafting Services, Desert Vibes Succulents, Little Vella Design Co.) 4. Quarterly Reports (Library, Fire, Youth Council, Treasurer) 5. Discussion with representatives of Cache County and BRAG regarding the trail system on 300 East. 6. Initial presentation on the budget for Fiscal Year 2019, the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019. 7. Monthly City Administrator Report 8. Monthly financial review with discussion and decisions as necessary. 9. Council Member Reports 10. Mayor's Report Pay Bills Adjourn
