The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Review and approve March 2018 minutes 2. Accounting reports 3. Water Department 4. Electric Department 5. Road Department 6. Park and Cemetery Departments 7. CERT 8. Fire Department 9. Planning and Zoning 10. Building Permits 11. Other Business - Training for Public Meetings - IPA Repowering - Meadow Irrigation Share - Cleaning of Firehouse - Keys - Street Mowing - Repairs for Park Restroom - Other business as necessary 12. Closed portion pursuant to Utah Code annotated 54-4-4 & 5 Lynette Bond Clerk
