- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Milford, Utah will hold a meeting at 4:00 PM at the Milford EMS Building, 880 North Main, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Tuesday, April 17, 2018. 1. MAYOR'S WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call & Pledge of Allegiance 2. VISITORS a. David Cluff - Presentation of Milford High School football concession stand proposal 3. CONSENT ISSUES a. Financial report March 2018 b. Approval of bills and payroll c. Approval of minutes: March 20, 2018 Council Meeting 4. NEW BUSINESS a. Consideration and approval for hiring of Concession Stand Operator/Maintenance Worker at the recreation complex b. Discuss Water Right 71-5341 c. Appointment of new representative for Beaver County Trails Committee d. Discuss the drive lane from the upper parking lot at 26 South 100 West into the neighboring property e. Approval of Memorandum of Understanding Agreement for the Statewide Wildland Fire Protection Program 5. OLD BUSINESS a. Update from County-wide Law Enforcement Tax Committee b. Update on the administration building c. Update from Recreation Advisory Committee 6. ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS a. None 7. COMMENTS a. Staff member reports and comments b. Council member reports and comments 8. ADJOURNMENT Notice: The City Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended.
