Description/Agenda: CENTERVILLE CITY PLANNING COMMISSION & CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT Notice is hereby given that the Centerville City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing, Wednesday, April 25th , beginning at 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the Centerville City Hall, 250 North Main Street, Centerville, Utah, regarding Zoning Text Amendments, specially related to the Hillside Overlay Zone development standards, as outlined in CZC 12.42. This matter will subsequently be heard by the Centerville City Council on Tuesday, May 1st, at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter the matter may be heard, at the same location.
