PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold a public hearing on Wednesday May 2, 2018 to receive public input on a request to vacate Lot 29 of Creekside Subdivision Plat B, along with existing public utility easements on the lot. The site is located at 881 West 1350 South in the R-1-9, Residential Zone. The property owners, Everett and Joyce Miller are also requesting approval of a plat amendment to combine four parcels which share Utah County Parcel #36:728:0033 and form Creekside Plat C with new public utility easements around the perimeter of the new parcel. The City Council meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. and will be conducted in the City Council Chambers at the Payson City Center, 439 W. Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah.
