NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARING
FOR A WALL/FENCE HEIGHT EXTENSION
Notice is hereby given that Gary & Jill McGee, owners of the property located at 3511, 3516, & 3502 E. Big Rock Ln., Cottonwood Heights, Utah, have applied for a wall height extension to build an 8 foot fence along the border of the property, pursuant to Cottonwood Heights Municipal Code chapter 19.76.050E(1).
The City's Community and Economic Development Director will hold an Administrative Hearing for this application on Wednesday, April 18, at 12:00 p.m. at 2277 E Bengal Blvd, Room 124. The purpose of the Administrative Hearing is for the Community and Economic Development Director to take public comment on the conditional use application.
