- Eagle Mountain City Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Eagle Mountain City Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on April 24th 2018 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Eagle Mountain City Council Chambers located at 1650 E. Stagecoach Run, Eagle Mountain, Utah. The hearing is for the following item: - Brylee Estates Rezone: An applicant-proposed rezone on 68.77 acres from agriculture to Tier II single family residential. Located west of Eagle Mountain Boulevard, north of Brandon Park Estates The materials for the proposed rezones may be reviewed on the City website within three days of the meeting.
