(Project Coordinator: Kristina Haycock) 3.2 Public Hearing ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT - The applicant requests the City amend Article 22-11-48(D)(2) of the Orem City Code allowing patio covers to encroach into the setback in the PD-35 Zone. (Project Coordinator: Kristina Haycock) 3.3 Public Hearing REZONE - The applicant requests the City amend the Zoning Map of Orem City by rezoning the property at approximately 1750 South Geneva Road from the OS-5 zone to the M1 zone.
