Invocation by Invitation 3. 4:30 PM Scheduled Items 3.1 Public Hearing ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT - The applicant requests the City amend a portion of Appendix A of the Orem City Code pertaining to Standard Land Use (SLU) Code 5511 (Motor Vehicles (New & Used) Sales) in the CM Zone. (Project Coordinator: Kristina Haycock) 3.2 Public Hearing ZONING TEXT AMENDMENT - The applicant requests the City amend Section 22-11-31(B)(2)(c) of the Orem City Code pertaining to basements in the PD-19 Zone. (Project Coordinator: Kristina Haycock) 3.3 Condo Conversion NORTHGATE PLAZA- The applicant requests the City approve the plat amendment for Northgate Plaza Retail Condominiums at 822 North 980 West in the PD-22 Zone (Project Coordinator: Kristina Haycock) 3.4 Preliminary Plat PAYTON CROSSING - The applicant requests the City approve the primary plat for Payton Crossing in the R8 zone generally at 782 West 2000 South.
