PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that the St. George City Planning Commission will hold public hearings on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at 5:00 PM to consider the following: A. General Plan Amendment from MDR (Medium Density Residential) to MHDR (Medium High Density Residential) on approximately 3.01 acres located at 1999 W Canyon View Drive. B. General Plan Amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) to PO (Professional Office) on approximately 5.42 acres located south of the hospital and immediately east of Meadow Creek Estates near River Road and north of 900 South. C. Zone Change from OS (Open Space) to C-2 (Highway Commercial) on approximately 12.90 acres located between Twin Lakes Drive and Red Hills Parkway. D. Zone Change from A-1 (Agriculture) to RE-20 (Residential Estates 20,000 sq. ft. minimum lot sizes) on approximately 19.51 acres located at approximately 1600 South along 3000 East. Interested persons are encouraged to attend these public hearings to be held in the City Hall Council Chambers at 175 East and 200 North, or present their views in writing at least one day prior to the meeting.
