PUBLIC HEARING Notice of Public Hearing on April 18, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. to be held at the Salem City Office, located at 30 West 100 South, Salem, to consider a zone change request and amendments to the Municipal Code. TO ALL CITIZENS OF SALEM CITY, UTAH COUNTY, UTAH You and each of you are hereby notified that the City Council of Salem City has appointed the time of 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 for the purpose of a public hearing to consider 1) a request from Ridgepoint Management Group for a zone change on approximately 280 acres of property located in the northwest portion of Salem City from A-1 to Master Plan Development Zone, Industrial Zone (I-1) and Public Facility Zone; 2) an ordinance modifying the requirements for storage units in the Light Industrial Zone and; 3) an ordinance amending the Underground Utilities Section of the Municipal Code to clarify its intent. All citizens of Salem City are invited to attend this hearing and be heard in regards to the proposed item. Jeffrey Nielson, City Recorder
