- CITY OF TAYLORSVILLE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held in the Taylorsville Council Chambers, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Taylorsville, Utah Tuesday, April 24, 2018, at 7:00 p.m. before the Taylorsville Planning Commission. The following issues will be open to public hearing: Recommendation to the City Council to amend Design Standards in Chapter 13.37 of the Taylorsville Municipal Code. File #5Z18. Recommendation to the City Council to amend Overlay Districts, Section 13.04.080 of the Taylorsville Municipal Code to designate Design and Historic Districts. File #6Z18. Recommendation to the City Council to amend Historic Resources Overlay Zone, Section 13.18 of the Taylorsville Municipal Code to designate Design and Historic Districts in various locations throughout the City. File #7Z18. Recommendation to the City Council to amend Wireless Telecommunication Facilities, Section 13.11.230 of the Taylorsville Municipal Code to include Small Wireless Facilities. File 8Z18. Recommendation to the City Council for a Zoning Map amendment to include Design and Historic District overlay zones. File 9Z18. The files are available for public inspection and may be examined during normal business hours at Taylorsville City Hall, 2600 West Taylorsville Boulevard, Telephone 801-963-5400.
