- CLARKSTON TOWN LAND, USE & DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Land Use & Development Commission will hold a LUDMA Meeting on the 11th day of April 2018 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:30 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Approve Minutes of LUDMA Meeting held March 14, 2018 2. New Business - Residential Building Permit - Dan Smith/Teresa Degriselles - 161 E 300 S - Home Addition 3. Other Business - Wayne Cooper - 2018 meeting schedule, change date/time - Discuss Agricultural Building Ordinance Amendments - Training - Councilmember Nichole Sparks 4. Adjourn In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
