Town Of Portage Council Meeting Wednesday April 11, 2018 25880 N 9000 W 6:00 PM Agenda Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Portage will hold its regular Town Council meeting on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the Portage Town Hall located at 25880 N 9000 W, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 PM. The Agenda shall be as follows: 6:00 PM Call to Order Opening Ceremony: 1.Review and Approval of minutes from March 14, 2018 Town Council Meeting. 2.Review and Approval of March 15, 2018 to April 11, 2018 Bills/Payroll. 3.Review Financial Report - Discussion about new budget, Bank Reconciliations and Water adjustments or write-offs. 4.Discuss contact plan to update citizens about emergencies and business. 5.Discussion/decisions on Town tree maintenance/trimming. Public Comment: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Council. Please limit your comments to three minutes. Review of Departments: 6.Water - Council Member Nelson a)Discussion and approval of funds for Water repair spare parts. 7.Roads - Council Member Smith a)Cemetery road discussion/decision on bids. b)Update on (8800 W ) Grant progress/decisions. c)Mowing Town side roads discussion/decisions. 8.Planning and Zoning- Council Member John a)Brett Prisbrey - Subdivision plat map approval. b)Tyson Nelson - Building permit request approval. 9.Parks and Recreation - 10.Fire Department - Chief Robert Barrow a)Discussion and decision about selling the old fire engine. 11.Sgt.
