Notice is hereby given that the Myton City Council will hold its regular meeting Tuesday, April 10, 2018 in the Council room of the Myton City Hall, which meeting will begin at 6:30 P.M. This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & approval of minutes of previous meeting(s). 3. Public Comment. 4. Discussion and Action on Business License Application for Buddie Wilkerson, Sr. 5. Discussion and Action on Mobile Home Park Ordinance. 6. City Departmental Reports on the last month's activities. Ronnie Young - Maintenance Move Cemetery Fence Alan Allred - Fire Department Fire Department Application(s) 7. Closed Executive Session - 52-4-205(d) Strategy Session to discuss pending, reasonably imminent and ongoing litigation. 8. Approval and signing of checks. 9. Adjournment.
