PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING Public notice is hereby given that the City Council of Price City, Utah, will hold a regular meeting in the Council Chambers, 185 East Main, Price, Utah, at 5:30 PM on 04/11/2018. CLIFFVIEW CEMETERY EXPANSION PROJECT - Consideration and possible approval of agreement with Nelco Contractors Inc. for the construction of the Cliffview Cemetery Expansion Project. 11. CANAL DISCHARGE STRUCTURE PROJECT - Consideration and possible approval of award of bid to TSJ Construction for the construction of the Canal Discharge Structure Project in the amount of $55,705.80. Bids were received and opened April 4, 2018. TSJ Construction was the low bid. The award is within budget. 12. CANAL DISCHARGE STRUCTURE PROJECT-Consideration and possible approval of agreement with TSJ Construction for the construction of the Canal Discharge Structure Project. 13. EMERGENCY WATERSHED PROTECTION PROJECT-Consideration and possible approval of Memorandum of Understanding with Carbon County to receive federal funds for flood repairs and improvements for two canal overflow sites that protect Price City from storm events. 14. OUTSIDE WATER CONNECTION - Consideration and possible approval of an outside water connection to Price City's municipal drinking water system at 1267 Carbonville Road, Helper, UT 84526. Property owners: Hector & Rachel Munoz. 15. LOCAL CONSENT - Consideration and possible approval of local consent for single event alcohol sales for the Greek Festival, 61 S 200 E, July 13, 14, 2018. 16. BUSINESS LICENSES - Consideration and possible approval of business licenses for: Jetman Digicade LLC at 60 N 100 W, June & the Koyotes DBA Koyote Services at 590 E 100 N, Suite 7, Nails By Jonelie at 828 Blarney Circle, and Seven 22nd Med Spa at 277 N 100 E. 17.
