Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a Planning Commission meeting in the City Council Chambers, 175 East 200 North, St George, Utah, on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, commencing at 5:00 p.m.

A. Consider a general plan amendment to change the LDR (Low Density Residential) land use to COM (Commercial) for 'Prado' on 2.31 acres. The property is located at the southeast corner of Dixie Drive and 600 West. The applicant is Cosmic Properties LLC, and the representative is Mike Draper, Rosenberg Associates. B. Consider a general plan to change the LDR (Low Density Residential) land use to MDR (Medium Density Residential) on 15 acres.
