Payne Memorial Center, 16020 N 17400 W, Suite A, which meeting shall begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. REVISED AGENDA 7:00 Welcome, roll call, prayer, Pledge of Allegiance, approve the agenda. 7:05 Approve minutes of March 13, 2018 Howell Town Council Meeting 7:10 Public Comments (3 Minutes per person) 7:15 Cynthia Nelson: Proclamation Declaring May 2018 as Neurofibromatosis Awareness Month. 7:20 Deputy Sheriff Brodie Wells. 7:25 Shelly Logan -Town Treasurer- Financial Report 7:30 Transfer $10,000.00 from Water Fund to General Fund Capital Projects Fund 7:35 Jeaninne Hawkes: Community Center rental fees 7:40 Resolution R18-01 Establishing rental fees for the Sgt. Rocky D. Payne MemorialCenter. 7:45 Council Member Hawkes: Northern Utah Emergency Expo 7:50 Mayor Hawkes: Tabled - Cooperative Agreement Between the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands and Howell. 7:55 Mayor Hawkes: Tabled - Planning Commission appointments 8:00 Mayor Hawkes: Road Signs for the roads by Timber Rinderknecht's house 8:05 Set date and time of public hearing to amend the FY2018 budget. 8:10 Department proposed budgets. 8:15 Mayor, Council Member Reports. 8:25 Approve Payment Vouchers and Bills. 8:30 Adjournment.
