IVINS CITY OFFICIAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Meeting Date: Planning Commission Meeting Tuesday, April 17, 2018 Meeting Time: 5:30 P.M. Meeting Place: Ivins City Hall, 55 N. Main St. Ivins, UT 84738 435-628-0606 Purpose: Public Hearing on recommendation to approve a proposed Concurrent Land Use Amendment from LDR (Low Density Residential) to MDR (Medium Density Residential), and a proposed Zoning District Change of RE-20 (Low Density Residential, minimum lot size 20,000 sq ft) to R-1-10 (Medium Density Residential Single-Family, minimum lot size 10,000 sq ft) on 11.79 Acres. Applicant/Owner: Temting, LLC-Owner. Jake Ineng-Applicant. Property Location: Approximately 600 West Center Street. Contact: Mike Rodriguez, Building and Zoning Department, 435-634-9753 All persons interested will be heard at the above time and place, or may submit their views in writing to the Planning Commission.
