- Public notice is hereby given that the South Salt Lake City Planning Commission will hold a public meeting in the Council Chambers located in City Hall at 220 East Morris Avenue on Thursday, April 19, 2018 at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible for the purpose of receiving public comment on the following: Conditional Use Permit (C-17-031) for Millcreek Station Apartments, a 70-unit multifamily residential complex located at 3196 S. Washington Street. Application is made by Gardner Batt, LLC. Notice is further given that the public is invited to attend and present oral and/or written testimony regarding this petition to the South Salt Lake City Planning Commission. In compliance with Americans with disabilities act, individuals needing auxiliary communicative aids or other services for this meeting should contact Alexandra White at 801.483.6011 or awhite@sslc.com, giving at least 24 hours notice.
