CITY OF HOLLADAY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS HOLLADAY CITY PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Holladay Planning Commission will hold three public hearings on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 beginning as close to 7:00 pm as possible, in the City Council Chambers, 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT. The purpose of the hearings is to consider proposed amendments to Title 13, of the Holladay City Code, Land Use and Development Regulations. The first hearing will be regarding signage in the RM Zone to allow a second sign on double frontage lots The second hearing will be amending alcohol licensing classifications and locations of establishments. The third hearing will be proposed amendments to the street banners located within the right of way. Information regarding this matter is available for public inspection and may be examined during regular business hours at City Hall - 4580 S 2300 E, Holladay UT.
